Shipping

We process orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

 

Dried mushroom orders ship from Bamenda, Cameroon. Delivery times vary by destination:

• Cameroon (Bamenda / Yaoundé and nearby): typically 2–7 business days after dispatch, or pick-up by arrangement

• International: typically 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the carrier and customs

You will receive order updates and tracking when available. Customs fees, duties, or import taxes (if any) are the buyer's responsibility.

 

Digital products (ebooks) are delivered by email or download link after purchase — no physical shipping.

 

Returns

We want you to be satisfied. Our return rules depend on the product type.

 

Dried mushrooms and other food products

For food safety, we do not accept returns of dried mushrooms or other food items once they have left our facility, except when the item arrived damaged, spoiled, or was not what you ordered.

 

If that happens:

1. Email info@organicmushroomsco-op.com or WhatsApp +237 674 356 081 within 7 days of delivery.

2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging.

3. We will review within 2 business days and offer a replacement or refund.

 

Digital products (ebooks)

Because digital files cannot be “returned,” ebook purchases are final once the download or access link has been provided, unless the file is defective or inaccessible. Contact us within 7 days and we will fix access or refund if we cannot.

 

Non-food physical items (if offered later)

Unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first for approval and return instructions before shipping anything back.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we confirm the issue (and, where a return shipment applies, after we receive the item).
